National School Strike 4 Climate
Friday 17th November 23

On the 17th of November 2023 there will be a National School Strike 4 Climate. If you can’t attend the strike itself, you can still get involved.

All you need to do is:

  1. Arrange a bunch of like-minded kids and parents to meet out the front of your school on the 17th before the school day starts

  2. Register your event on the National School Strike 4 Climate webpage - this gives us more grunt! Click here to do this

  3. Meet out the front of your school wearing yellow with a sign (if you can manage it!)

  4. Take a photo of the group

  5. Send it or tag your members of parliment, both Local and Federal, as well as those who are not currently in power.

  6. Include a sentence like “we want you to know that our kids want to see immediate action on climate change”

By doing this, we are continuing to make sure they know that their communities want to see immediate climate action.

Blackwood Christmas Pageant
Friday 1st December 2023

We are entering a float into the legendary Blackwood Christmas Pageant and would love you to walk or roll with us.

If you’re keen to get involved, all you need to do is wear yellow, something Christmassy (that’s eco-friendly), bring a sign if you can, and look for us down Gulfview Road at 6:00

The Pageant itself gets rollling at 6:30, so this gives us time to get our message sorted!
